Gustavo Adolfo's story

Gustavo is a microentrepreneur, 51 years old and a resident of the city of Cartagena. The idea came up because the borrower had been working for over 15 years at a service center and realized that, although they paid him well, he didn't have growth.

So, he saved up and, with the help of financial entities, decided to become independent with his own business. At first, he only sold tires, then he started with oil and filter changes, and the sale of pneumatic tires, offering excellent service and comfortable prices.

The business currently has 5 employees, which contributes to the creation of jobs and income for the families. The borrower and business are well-known in the market. For these years, this business has contributed to improving his standard of living as well as that of the people around him.

In his search to mitigate the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and boost his economic reopening, Gustavo joined the Cartagena Responde program to ask for his Kiva loan, through Fundación Santo Domingo, resources which he will invest in the purchase of different specifications of lubricants, different caliber pneumatic tires, other types of tires, etc. Support him in his business loan, it will be a success.
