A loan of $1,000 helps to buy various goods for her grocery store.

Ndeye's story

Since its creation in 2014, this group has been composed of energetic women with solidarity. They are mainly active in commerce and in livestock farming. They keep up good relationships.

NDEYE, see photo, is 43 years old, married, and active in commerce. She has a grocery store in her village. The loan she just received will allow her to purchase various goods for enhancing her store inventory and to respond to the strong demand.

With the profits to be earned, she envisions helping out her husband in meeting family needs.
