A loan helped a member to buy supplies for her food stall.

San Gabriel Group's story

These are the entrepreneurs of San Gabriel, a Communal Bank that consists of nine women from Matagalpa, Nicaragua. Enma Yalieth, who is seated in the middle of the group in the photo, is the president of the San Gabriel Group. She is 39 years old and has been working with Pro Mujer for three years. Enma Yalieth works hard because her main goal is to see her daughters become professionals and independent women. One of her daughters is already at the university.

She currently needs a loan for her food stall. Her earnings will help to prepare her younger daughter for graduation.

Will you support the fierce women of San Gabriel? Remember that a loan encourages them to reach their goals.
