08-Karantaba Koto Group's story

This banc villageois was created in September 2013. It is composed of seven women who live in the same village. They work in retail sales, and help each other. They are energetic and motivated to make their business succeed.

Madame Mariama is 28 years old. She is the group's representative and is raising her hand in the photo. She is married and the mother of two children. She also supports two others. With this new loan, she plans to buy shoes and stock her shop. The profits she makes will strengthen her savings and help her husband provide for their children.
