Gema's story

Gema is a married woman and has two dependents. She and her family live a simple dwelling in Baybay, Leyte.

To earn an income, she runs a hog-raising business. She has been in this business for many years.

She now requested the amount of PHP 30,000 through Kiva’s field partner CEVI, (a microfinance NGO) in the Philippines which she will use to buy feed and vitamins.

Gema wants to augment her business in the future and become productive.
