A loan helped to purchase beauty products and handcrafting materials.

Jessica Jessenia's story

Jessica is 39 years-old. She is married and has 3 children, who are 8, 15 and 18 years-old. Her husband is a security guard, and they all live in the city of Manta, known for its beautiful beaches, which are a very famous tourist attraction that are frequented all year long.

Jessica works hard to earn a living through honest work, and regardless of the difficult situation that she is currently facing, she continues to work in her own business, which she started several years ago. She sells beauty products and also creates a variety of ornaments and handcrafts made from craft foam and felt.

At the beginning of the pandemic her business was affected, given that she couldn't reach the sales targets she needed. However, she made an effort, and little by little her business started revitalizing itself, allowing her to continue generating the necessary income for her business expenses and her expenses at home.

She will use this credit to purchase beauty products and new materials for handicrafts, which will allow her to continue revitalizing her business. Jessica's dream is for her business to continue growing.
