Ketty de 26 años, vive en una zona periurbana en el Fortín (llamado así por sus montañas y caminos de tierra) de Guayaquil. tiene un niño de 4 años, su papa le enseño a arreglar teléfonos cuando tenia 18 años, cuando creció no tuvo oportunidad de trabajar y tuvo que practicar lo que su papa le enseño, arreglando los teléfonos de sus amigos.

Ahora ella tiene un puesto de reparación y venta de artículos de teléfonos, trabaja desde las 08h00 hasta las 20h00pm todos los días, para tener mas variedad quiere comprar con el préstamo teléfonos, cargadores, carcasas de celulares.

En el futuro quiere que su negocio se extienda con una línea de locales de reparación.
