La señora Martha es una mujer trabajadora, tiene dos trabajos, en las horas de la mañana labora como conserje en una empresa privada, por la tarde atiende su pequeño negocio de venta de golosinas para obtener mejores ingresos ya que es poco su salario. El cual comenzó con un poco de sus ahorros. Es madre soltera de cinco hijos, y uno de sus objetivos es mejorar su casa, el cual le hace falta hacer varias mejoras.

Tiene comprado parte en materiales de construcción ya que desea hacer su cuarto de concreto para una mejor seguridad ante la delincuencia del barrio, así como mejorar su higiene, ya que es de zinc y aun de tierra. Comprara zinc, madera, clavos, arena, cemento para poder hacer este cambio que será de mucha sastifaccion en lo personal.
