A loan of $1,650 helps to buy more cattle so she can increase capital and improve her business.

Shahlo's story

Shahlo is a young woman from Tursunzade, Tajikistan. She is 23 years old, and she is single.

She lives in a picturesque part of the countryside. She has good conditions for farming developing, and therefore she has been engaged in cattle breeding for two years. She cares after big cattle.

Shahlo is an active and purposeful woman and has a big potential to have success in cattle breeding. Every morning she milks cows and sells natural products to local citizens.

Also, she sells cattle in market after caring for them and earns a good income for providing her family. As this is not easy work for a woman, her brother helps her in business.

Shahlo is asking for a loan with Kiva’s partner IMON for buying more cattle.

Recently they built a new cowshed, where there is enough place for additional cattle. More cattle will allow her to expand business, increase turnover and get more income for family.

She hopes that you will support her business, and she thanks you in advance.
