A loan helped a member to buy various types of ice cream to sell.

Conavi Arroyo Pora Group's story

This group is in its ninth cycle in the women's committee program where everyone is fighting for a better quality of life for their families. They are looking for a way to be able to grow, not only financially but also as people. One of them is Laura, who works selling ice cream. She has a modest space where she sells. She mentions that due to the Covid-19 pandemic, her business was affected because of the quarantine and she couldn't work normally, which also affected her income. She is a brave person who, despite daily difficulties, searches for a way to improve herself and keep managing to give her loved ones the best.

She is asking for this loan to be able to invest capital in her business and buy various flavors of ice cream to sell, and in this way be able to keep selling as she has been doing.

Note: Only one person appears in this photo but this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group photo due to trying to avoid group gatherings because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
