Productores De Los Arados Group's story

Isidro is 41 years old, the father of a child, and is a smallholder farmer of basic grains. Currently, he lives with his spouse and they own the house they live in.

He began his work as a farmer at the age of fifteen with the help of his father. During these years, it has served as experience to be able to bring the sustenance of food and other necessities his family requires.

His next goal is to be able to build a house of cement block and, in the future, to work planting vegetables because the prices are higher and this would help him to get more income and improve his family's quality of life. He also hopes to get good income from the sale of beans to be able to start selling staple products.

He asks FUNDENUSE for a loan with Kiva funds to purchase agricultural supplies which the bean crop needs during its productive cycle. He belongs to the Productores de Los Arados solidarity group with Gerónimo, José and Melkissedet who also work in agriculture.
