Rosa is 42 years old, has 3 children, and is from Ollantaytambo. She sells braids and tassels (for drapes and upholstery) in the Virgen Asunta de Ollantaytambo market. Her business is 3 or 4 years old and is doing well.

Rosa is a hardworking and entrepreneurial woman that looks for opportunities to grow everyday. She needs a loan to buy clothing and plastic cutlery to set up her house. She hopes to have her own store one day.

Rosa belongs to the community bank “La Unión de Ollantaytambo”, in the Arariwa Association. The bank has been in operation for 5 loan cycles. As a member, Rosa is happy and satisfied with the loan services. She is also grateful for the opportunity this provides her, and promises to repay her loan according to schedule.
