Abishyizehamwe Cb Group's story

Pascaline is 38 years old and married with five children aged between one and 19 years old. Her husband is a farmer, and, for the past 20 years, she has been selling foodstuff.

Pascaline is the leader of Abishyizehamwe Cb Group, which in means “people joined together.” Group members sell different items and own a variety of businesses. Pascaline will use her loan to buy more sorghum to sell. She will use her profits to pay school fees for her children and put away some savings.

Due to the pandemic, Urwego was not able to photograph all group members but was able to photograph a group representative.
