Chanthea's story

Chanthea is 28 years old and married. She sells groceries, as shown in the picture. She has been running this business for four years. Her husband is a fisherman.

Chanthea has applied for a 3,500,000 KHR loan through Kiva's field partner, Chamroeun, to restock her grocery store. Using the loan, she will be able to earn more income to continue her business as well as support her family's living standards. She hopes that she can grow her business and renovate her home.

Her main challenge is insufficient capital.
