A loan helped to buy more pig feed and pigs to raise.

Rav's story

Rav is 32 years old, married, and is the father of one child. His wife is a cleaner and he raises and sells pigs. He has been running this business for two years. His main challenge is dealing with his pig diseases.

Rav has applied for a 2,000,000 KHR loan through Kiva's field partner Chamroeun, to buy more pig feed and pigs to raise. Using the loan, he will be able to earn more income to continue his business, as well as support his family's living standards. He hopes that he can grow his business, renovate his home, and send his child to school.

This loan is special because:

It allows farmers to repay when they receive harvest income and gives them access to training.
