A loan of $825 helps to buy hair products and equipment.

Huber Alfonso's story

46-year old Huber Alfonso is a resident of the town of Cartagena. He owns a barber shop and has more than seven years experience working in this field. His business has two employees and thus contributes to work and income for the families. His principal clients are people who live in the area or are visiting. He has a positive impact on the community since his business generates employment.

Due to the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic Huber Alfonso's work has been negatively impacted because of health concerns, and his income has been seriously diminished. Currently he is in the process of reactivating his business with all the required restrictions and health protocols in order to guarantee its correct operation. For this reason he is seeking his first loan with Kiva and the Santo Domingo Foundation for working capital to buy hair products and equipment.

Help him with this loan for his business.
