A loan helped to buy more stock of vehicle spare parts for sale.

Evans's story

Evans was very happy to have received financial support for his business from the Kiva community.

The profits from the business helped to sustain his family at the peak of the Covid-19 pandemic, when the major cities of Ghana experienced a partial lock-down.

Fifty-two-year-old Evans continues to run his spare parts shop with lots of determination. He's really being useful to mechanics and other machine repairers in his community.

He wants financial support so he can buy more stock of spare parts for sale. He looks forward to gaining more revenues the rest of the year so he can prepare for his children's school expenditure when schools re-open, hopefully in January, 2021.

He is very hopeful of getting his loan funded, and says a big THANK YOU in advance to all of his sponsors.

This loan is special because:

It creates opportunity for rural businesses to access capital for growth
