A loan of $2,100 helps to buy pigs and livestock feed and to pay for improvements to the pigpens.

Narciza De Jesus's story

Narciza raises pigs for a living. She lives with her elderly father, her sister, and her son who is pursuing his university studies. Narciza began doing this type of work 10 years ago and it has helped her cover some of her household needs. She has been a member of VisionFund Ecuador since 2006.

Narciza is requesting a loan to provide a small boost to her business of raising pigs. The money will be invested in improvements to the pigpens and the purchase of more pigs and livestock feed. With her earnings, Narciza wants to continue providing for her son’s education.
