A loan of $4,225 helped a member purchase of Beer for her Business.

Señor De Los Milagros, "lord Of Miracles" Group's story

Irene has had a small store in her house for more than 15 years. Her business is called "Bodega Yacky." She still remembers that when she arrived in the area, there was no electricity or running water and there were very few houses. Little by little the population grew, and with it the needs of the people. She decided to open a small place in her house and began selling "marcianos," or ice cream, and sodas. Later she stocked up on other things that were requested until now she has a a larger store next to this and she has been able to save and build a house where she is projecting that she will put another store with a grocery mini-market. She would also like to establish another business selling fruit. Currently she is venturing into the sale of beer at wholesale for social events. Irene is happy that thanks to the loans of EDAPROSPO she has been able to see her business grow. With her previous loans she could buy a freezer, display case, and refrigerator - which have been indispensable for her business. With this opportunity she will use her loan to buy beer and continue with the business that she began recently. The group she is a part of is called "Senor D. los Milagros" or "Lord of Miracles" and she is happy to belong to the group.
