A loan of $300 helped to buy groceries and kitchen utensils.

Olga Argentina's story

Olga Argentina S. H., 47, is married and has three children; they live in Reparto Juan Ramón Padilla. Her husband is a bricklayer and her three children are independent, married adults. She has had a small eatery for 6 years; her husband provided the initial financial help to install it.

A significant percentage of her customers owe her money because they consume their meals on credit and she does not, therefore, have enough cash flow. She wants to acquire a food stand in the center of town in order to have more customers. She is asking for funding to buy groceries and utensils for her business that will make it possible for her to increase sales.

She enjoys good relationships in her neighborhood and she is considered to be a hard-working, responsible woman who has managed, though her family’s efforts, to improve her living conditions; they hope this loan will help improve them still more.
