A loan of $1,500 helps to buy calves, pigs, concentrated feed, potatoes, and vaccines.

Estefania Fiorela's story

At 33 years of age, Estefanía has managed to create a beautiful home. She currently lives independently at her parents’ house where she has her own space. Her husband works on a floral farm, but there is currently no demand for flowers because of the pandemic. Her greatest fear is that her husband could be laid off.

Estefanía is responsible for taking care of the children, but she also raises animals so that she can generate her own income and help her husband with the household expenses. She is requesting a Kiva loan to buy calves, pigs, concentrated feed, potatoes, and vaccines. This will help her produce better livestock and provide for the welfare of her loved ones.
