A loan of $575 helps to buy merchandise for his business.

Carlos Eduardo's story

Carlos Eduardo, 57, is a small-businessman from the city of Barranquilla, where he lives with his wife. He has a business distributing cold meats, eggs, and cheese. He has 6 months of experience with operating this business. The idea came to him in the midst of the pandemic; he decided to create a business that would help him to generate income and cover his expenses.

Carlos Eduardo is known in the area for the quality of his products and the good service he provides to his customers, who are neighbors, relatives, and the general public. Because of the global Covid-19 pandemic, his work activity declined due to issues of biosecurity and his cash flow diminished drastically. Now, he is requesting his first loan with Kiva and the Fundacion Santo Domingo to invest in merchandise such as: cheese, trays of eggs, and cold meats. He will also use the funds for general business expenses. Support him with a loan for his business!
