The San I. Group is aptly named because its three members are originally from the village of San I.. Doña Aurelia L. H. has five children. Doña Lilia D. L. C. I. has three children and sells fish with her husband. She also sells Avon and Jafra products by catalog as well as costume jewelry in front of her house. Doña María J. T. raises pigs and slaughters them to sell the meat. She has a pigsty behind her house. Doña María plans to buy animal feed, vitamins, and vaccines.

Doña Aurelia has a computer rental business built above her house. Her loan will be used to repair the computers and a printer. She dreams of acquiring more devices so that she can attend to more customers and proviD. better service. Doña Aurelia wants her children to finish their university degree so that they can have a better standard of living.

The women are very close. Even though they have different business activities, they are a united group and have known each other for many years. They are grateful to the Foundation and to Kiva for the support they have provided and for considering them so that they can continue their small businesses and make their dreams a reality.
