A loan helped to purchase 1 bag of corn, 1 bag of wheat flour, 1 can of oil and 18 bags of charcoal.

Adjowa's story

Adjowa is a 27-year old, married woman, mother of two children. She sells porridge and charcoal. She purchases the ingredients for the porridge once a week and buys the charcoal from wholesale vendors in the market. She is asking for a loan to purchase a bag of corn, sugar, wheat flour, a can of oil and bags of charcoal. She would like to satisfy her customers and also make enough profits to get out of poverty and gain financial autonomy to better manage her household.
