A loan helped to purchase 3 bags of corn, 2 bags of wheat flour and 10 dozens of underwear.

Akoua Massan's story

Akoua is a 39-year old, married woman with three children. She sells porridge and sometimes also sells under garments in the neighborhood. She purchases the necessary ingredients for the porridge twice a week in the market and purchases the clothes once a week in the secondhand clothing market. She is asking for a loan to purchase bags of corn, bags of wheat flour and dozens of underwear. She would like to satisfy her customers. She would also like to earn more profits in order to get out of poverty and gain financial autonomy to manage well her household.
