Phanna's story

Phanna lives with her husband and children in a Khmer community in Surin province. Basically, her family cultivates jasmine rice, sews cloth and raises cows to sell in a local cattle market.

She started raising cows in 2017 because it was so popular in her area during that time. Currently, she has three cows and desires to purchase more, so she applied for the Kiva loan to buy more cows to breed and sell in the local cattle market.
