A loan helped to buy provisions and beverages to sell.

Lefia Maribel's story

Lefia is 53 years old, married, and has five grown children. Her husband is a driver. They live in the canton of Jarmijo, a beautiful place where the residents are humble and hardworking people who engage in the seafood trade.

Lefia is an enterprising and responsible woman who works so that she can generate income to cover her needs and save enough money for when she is no longer able to work with the same strength. Eighteen years ago, she opened a small store in her home where she offers provisions and beverages. Due to the pandemic, her business was affected and her sales and income diminished drastically. She is requesting a new loan so that she can restart her business.

This loan will be invested in the purchase of provisions and beverages. Her dream is to see her business make progress.
