A loan helped to buy antibacterial gel, antiseptic liquid, and liquid soaps.

Alexandra Maribel's story

Alexandra Maribel is married and has 3 children. Her husband is a traveling pharmaceutical salesman. They live in their own home. They live in Portoviejo, which was affected by the earthquake of April 16, 2016 and now by the Covid-19 pandemic. The city is rich in the production of vegetables, legumes, and tropical fruits for national consumption.

Alexandra Maribel works selling supplies such as antibacterial gel, merthiolates, valerian tinctures, liquid soaps, gauzes, etc. She sells in various sectors of the province, and works in the mornings and afternoons, Monday through Saturday. She used to sell products from catalogs. At first, the health crisis had her in a very bad position since she could not sell. Her customers requested items by phone and she made home deliveries in order to continue generating income.

With this new loan she will buy antibacterial gel, menticol antiseptic, and liquid soaps. Her dream is to have a franchise for medical supplies.
