Abahuje Acb Sub Grp A Group's story

Rose is 42 years old and married with five children aged between 15 and 21 years. Her husband is a businessman, and she owns a shop that she has been managing for the past ten years.

Rose is the leader of Abahuje Acb Sub Grp A, which in English means “Togetherness” Group. Members sell different items and own a variety of businesses. Rose will use her loan to buy more beans, cooking oil and rice to sell. She will use her profits to pay school fees for her children and put away some savings.

She is thankful for the support!

Due to the global pandemic, Urwego was not able to photograph all group members but was able to provide a photo of the group leader.
