Las Guerreras Group's story

The committee named “Las Guerreras” is a unified group from Santaní. The group has 24 members who are participating in their seventh loan cycle. All of the members are dedicated and responsible women who are very satisfied with their work with Fundación Paraguaya.

One of the members is Sra. Carmen, who generates sales at the modest convenience store where she works every day, starting early in the morning. Her work allows her to help her family and provide them a decent life with no deprivation. Despite the difficulties she faces each day, she says that she never gives up and does everything she can to get ahead. Carmen also mentioned that her business was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic, which prevented her from working normally. However, she looks for ways to get ahead so that she can restart her business.

Carmen is requesting a loan to buy a variety of products to restock her business such as vegetables, baked goods, meat, canned goods, dairy products, and other items.
