05-Diakhere Group's story

This group of women was created in May 2017. They live in the same area and maintain very strong connections of solidarity. Their main work is farming.

Diakhere is the group representative. She is 46 years old, married, and the mother of 10 children (4 are boys). She works in peanut farming and small sales.

With this loan, she plans to buy peanut seeds and bags of fertilizer for growing. After the harvest, she is going to resell her products at the local market for a good price. She hopes to earn better revenue.

Her earnings will allow her to support her family’s needs and to refurbish her home.
