Hamidan Begum's Group's story

Hamidan begum is married to G. M.. They live in a city named Multan (famous for its shrines & garments) in Pakistan. She owns a small house of two rooms and has lived in it with her family for over 20 years.


She is a very hardworking lady. She is involved in a wheat selling business and her husband helps her with it. They both have good experience in this business and do this work to generate income for their family.


They are parents of six children: four sons and two daughters. Their first two sons are drivers who drive auto-rickshaws (local three-wheeled motor vehicles) and generate income for the family. The younger sons help them in their wheat selling business. Their daughters stay at home and do household chores and cook food for the family.


Hamidan is applying for a loan from Asasah to purchase more wheat so they can sell wheat to more customers and expand their business.
