A loan helped to pay for land filling and renovation of his old house.

Tek's story

Tek, aged 40, is an experienced construction worker from the village of Kouk Krouch, Kralanh district, Siem Reap. He lives with his wife and four children. He has worked in the construction business for more than three years. Tek’s wife also works in the construction sector as a builder. Both of them can only earn approximately USD 12 per day and have to pay the family's daily costs and especially for their children's education.

As of now, he has applied a loan in the amounting of KHR 8,000,000 to pay for land filling and renovation of his old house. With this loan support, he will have enough funds to pay the land filling costs and can purchase construction supplies such as wood and other equipment for his house renovation. He can save some money to use in the future. He takes the photo with his lovely wife in front of his house.

He sends thanks to all lenders for helping a poor fellow like him.

This loan is special because:

It provides access to clean, renewable energy sources, like solar and biogas.
