A loan helped to invest in the purchase of autogenic solder, rods, anticorrosives, and paints for her metalworking business.

Claudia Ester's story

Claudia Ester is a 35-year-old micro entrepreneur who lives in the city of Barranquilla with her husband and two children. She has a metalworking business and has over five years' experience in her work. She makes doors, bars and windows. Her customers are businesses and individuals.

Due to the worldwide Covid-19 pandemic her level of work declined because of biosecurity issues and her income diminished drastically. Claudia's goal is to expand her home and provide a better education to her children. For that reason she is seeking her first Kiva loan through the Fundación Mario Santo Domingo. She will invest in the purchase of autogenic solder, rods, anticorrosives, and paints. Support her with this business loan.
