A loan helped a member to buy seeds and fertilizer.

05-Fatou Dskk Group's story

This group of women has existed since June 2019. They live in the same locality and maintain very strong family and solidarity ties. Their principle business is agriculture.

Fatim, the group representative, is 48 years old. She is married and the mother of six children, of whom three are girls. She is a peanut farmer.

With this loan, she plans to buy peanut seeds and sacks of fertilizer for the farming, and, after the harvest, she is going to resell her products at the local market at a good price, hoping to obtain better revenue. The realized profits from this business will permit her to provide for her family's needs and to support her children.

In this group: Fatim , Fatou, Egoudou , Khady, Yacine, Khoudia, Bigue, Aset, Woury, Goulo, Fatou, Diouma, Haby, Fatoumata, Khoudia
