October 11 is a group of 11 women who attend the meeting in the Villa Adela Center. They have been getting together recently to access the loan that they all need to increase their working capital. They all have various businesses such as selling food, chicken meat, perfume, books, bread, desserts, cotton braids and confections. One of the members is 43-year-old Claudia J.. He has been selling seasonings in different markets of the city of El Alto, offering his products as a street vendor and needs the loan to purchase better merchandise. Led by the board, they organize during their meetings and agree on the rules of procedure, which enables them to come to agreement in each one of the meetings regarding training and payment.
