Mr. Liheng H., 28 and his wife, Mrs. Sokkhai In, 25, were married in 2005 and have a son and daughter, one attending school while the other one stays at home. They live along National Road Number Six about 15 kilometers from Phnom Penh City.

Liheng and his wife have been selling fish for one year, purchasing their product from Prek Phnao market and transporting it to sell at a market located in Phnom Penh. The couple hopes to expand their business to generate additional income, so Liheng is asking for his first loan of $500 for that purpose.
