A loan helped a member to refinance debt and purchase supplies to make her foods.

Kuña Guapa Group's story

The group called Kuña Guapa is made up of women who are the head of the family; they fight for their loved ones to be able to give them a better quality of life without hardships or needs like they themselves had to go through.

Erika stands out among them. She works selling foods and also sweet pastries in a traveling fashion. She mentions that she was affected by the Covid 19 pandemic since she was not able to work normally, and this affected her income. She is a tenacious person who looks for the way to be able to overcome and offer her loved ones everything that she was not able to have.

She is requesting this loan to be able to refinance her debt and also be able to purchase supplies to make her products to sell. In this way she will be able to reactivate her business and return to lifting it up.

Note: only one person appears in this photo, but this is a group loan. It was not possible to have a group photo to avoid the conglomeration of people in the Covid 19 pandemic.
