A loan of $1,375 helps to repair the damages the November earthquake caused to his family home so it will be safer to live in.

Arben's story

Arben is a 39-year-old father of two little children. He is asking for Kiva lenders' support for the first time to be able to repair the damages the November earthquake caused at his family home so it will be safer to live in for his family, especially his little ones.

Arben lives with his wife and his two children at his parents' house. "Our home needed some repairs but after the November earthquake the situation got critical. We hoped we could have government support but it has been eight months now and we haven't received a penny. I want to make the repairs during the summer season so my family home will be safe and warm during the cold seasons!" Arben said during the interview.

Arben thanks all Kiva lenders for their support and for giving his family the chance to have a safe home.
