B. Augustine is a creative businessman who is 52 years old, married and has three children, two of whom are still in school. Since 1997, he has made a living running a bakery, and sells his goods both wholesale and retail. He has applied for a loan to buy more equipment to bake cakes, make donuts and expand his business. His long-term goal is to make his bakery as modern as possible, which he describes as operating efficiently and profitably, and able to make many kinds of cakes and breads.
