A loan of $200 helped to buy paper for envelope making.

Gulnaz's story

My husband runs a kiosk where he sells eggs, bread, and other similar items. I make paper envelopes for a nearby shopkeeper, who provides me his own paper, for minimal wages. I have four children in total and three of them go to school whereas the youngest one is not of school going-age yet.

We both work very hard to support our family, pay for our rented house and educate our children. With each passing day, our needs are increasing and so are our expenses. Therefore, I require to purchase the paper myself and produce envelopes that I will sell to various big shops in the city. This will in turn increase our monthly income. In addition, my husband also needs to increase the range of items for his shop. In total, we are requesting a loan of $200 USD.
