A loan of $3,175 helps a member to buy drinks, baked goods, vegetables, fruits, canned foods, and other products.

San Roque Group's story

The group is called San Roque and it is on its 34th cycle of the women's committee, where they all work and help each other get ahead. One of the members is Mariana, a person who through her continuous hard work has helped her family.

She makes a living from a small grocery store she has at home, and despite being a humble job, it has allowed her to help her family.

She tells that her store sales and income were affected by the Covid19 pandemic, but despite this, she does not let herself be defeated and looks for ways to get ahead. She is a fighter who makes sacrifices for her loved ones.

She requests the loan to buy products to stock up her grocery store such as drinks, baked goods, vegetables, fruits, canned foods, and other products.

Note: Though this is a group loan, only one person is featured in the picture. Because of the Cobid19 pandemic, and to prevent large gatherings, it was not possible to take a group picture.

In this group: Maria Cristina, Dionisia, Lidia, Anastasia, Mariana, Liliana, Yudith, Mirna, Fidelina, Graciela, Zully, Liz, Lila, María, Noelia
