A loan of $1,000 helps to buy medicine, sweaters, shorts, blouses and pants to sell.

Marlon Jose's story

At 32 years old Marlon has experience in farming, where he made a living. He decided to start selling clothes and medicine as another way of obtaining money to put bread on his table and pay his household expenses.

He offers his merchandise in the streets of his town and in neighboring areas. He has the unconditional support of his wife in his endeavor.

Marlon comes to MiCrédito and Kiva with confidence that he will obtain a loan to buy medicine, sweaters, shorts, blouses and pants in order to expand his business. In the near future Marlon wants to have a space outside his house where he can set up a store to sell new clothes.
