A loan of $1,375 helps to increase working capital and purchase supplies like grains and rice, among other items, to stock his business.

Jose De Jesus's story

Jose is a 48 year old microentrepreneur. He is a resident of the city of Barranquilla where he lives with his spouse. He has had a store as a business for approximately 10 years. Jose de Jesus started this business due to a lack of job opportunities, and out of the desire to succeed with his family. He offers his services daily to people in the surrounding area, neighbors, and friends, among others. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, the use and sales of his business were strongly diminished, since he had to close his store at early hours for health and sanitation reasons.

Currently he is arranging his first Kiva loan with Fundación Mario Santo Domingo to be able to increase the working capital of his business and purchase supplies like grains and rice, among others, to stock his business. Support him in his business loan.
