A loan of $1,375 helps to be able to increase his work capital to buy bio-safety products and subcontract exportation services for a new business opportunity.

Jeisson Alberto's story

Jeisson Alberto is a small entrepreneur from the city of Barranquilla. He started his logistics company for exports and imports five years ago after having worked in a customs company and he learned everything about this type of work. He is the only person in charge of all of the administrative processes. The operative process is done by contracted personnel who are properly trained in these processes. Thanks to this, he employs people with low resources and trains them to help them progress personally and professionally. He offers his services daily to his main customers with cash and credit payments; he has been able to gain recognition in his area for being an upright, responsible, and hardworking person.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, he had to suspend his work because of sanitary reasons and national government regulations, and his income diminished noticeably.

He is currently managing his first Kiva loan with the Mario Santo Domingo Foundation to be able to increase his work capital, to be able to buy bio-safety products, and to be able to subcontract exportation services for a new business opportunity.

Please consider helping him with his business loan.
