A loan of $1,375 helps to buy N95 masks, gloves, hand sanitizers, and administrative expenses such as public services.

Libia Esther's story

Libia is an enterprising 60-year-old micro-entrepreneur who lives in Barranquilla city. She has a business making clothing, excluding fur clothing.

Libia started her business 10 years ago approximately thanks to her grandmother who taught her everything related to the activity. There, she saw the opportunity to generate income which help her cover some of her expenses. Her customers are her neighbors, friends, referrals, and other people from the area.

Currently, her economic activity has declined due to the Covid-19 pandemic because of health reasons, and thus her production has declined and her profits were not reflected. That is why she is requesting her first loan with Fundación Mario Santo Domingo. Considering the high demand for biosecurity products, she will invest in the purchase of N95 masks, gloves, hand sanitizers, and administrative expenses such as public services. Support her in this loan for her business.
