Briwer Javier's story

Briwer Javier is a 27-year-old micro-entrepreneur residing in the city of Barranquilla, where he lives with his spouse. He owns a mechanic workshop and has more than six years of experience in this line of work. In his shop he offers automotive corrective and preventive maintenance services, repair of shock absorption and brakes, among others. Briwer Javier started his business because of the passion he has for vehicles. From a very young age, he was looking for ways to learn how to repair the toy cars he had. His clients are neighbors, referrals and passers-by among others. Due to the Covid 19 pandemic, he had to suspend his work and his income decreased dramatically due to health concerns. He is currently reuesting his first loan with the Mario Santo Domingo Foundation for the purchase of spare parts, shock absorbers, tires, ball bearings, brake pads, calipers, among other products.
