Bou's Group's story

Mr. Bou H. is 54 years old and the village bank president who has been selected by the thirteen members located in Sla Village in Takeo province. In this village loan, the members will each use their loan to support their different purpose.

Mr. Bou H. is a farmer who owns a plot of land on which he cultivates rice for a living. For his farm, he decided to ask for a loan to purchase fertilizer, pesticide, and rice seed and to hire a laborer to plow his farm.

Mr. Bou H.’s wife, Mrs. Vov Phorn, is a congee (a type of rice porridge) seller who is able to earn a little income to support her family. This couple has four children: two are on the staff of a casino club and two are students in the local school.
