A loan helped a member to purchase a variety of beverages to sell.

Mujeres De Samber Group's story

The group named Mujeres de Samber is in its 29th loan cycle in the women's committee program, where they all struggle for a better quality of life. They established as a goal to be able to grow, not only financially, but also as people.

One of them is Fatima, who works selling beverages in her house. She states that she began with very little and made her way, thanks to her effort and sacrifice. She is a self-sacrificing person who, despite the daily difficulties, seeks the way to be able to improve herself and, with this, be able to continue giving her family the best.

She states that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, her sales were affected as well as her income, which affected her business. But, she seeks the way to be able to get it going again and continue helping her family with this.

She asks for this loan to be able to invest it in the purchase of a variety of beverages to be able to stock her business and, with this, be able to inject capital in her business.

She is grateful for the opportunity she is receiving to be able to continue with her sales as she has been doing to be able to help her loved ones.

Note: There is only one person in the photo, but this is a group loan. A group photo was not possible to prevent the gathering of people due to the COVID-19 pandemic.
