A loan helped a member to buy dyes, crèmes, sprays, gels, rinses, and other products.

Milagros Group's story

This committee was formed by a group of friends and neighbors from the city of Asunción. These women, who are the heads of their families, never give up and look for ways to provide their loved ones with everything they did not have.

One of the members is Laura, who manages a beauty salon. She says that her work enables her to help her family so that they can improve and move forward. Laura mentions that the COVID-19 pandemic affected her business. She was not able to work normally, which prevented her from generating the necessary income to meet her obligations.

Laura is requesting a loan to invest as capital in her business. She will be able to buy dyes, crèmes, sprays, gels, rinses, and other products. Laura is grateful for the opportunity to invest in and resurrect her business so that she can continue her work as before.

Note: The photo shows only one person even though this is a group loan. It was not possible to obtain a group photo so as to avoid people from congregating during the COVID-19 pandemic.
